With experience as a contemporary dancer in adolescent years and an undergrad in Interior Design (QUT), Frances fell in love with designing for performance. Telling emotive and imaginative stories through set design became the dream.

Working with the team at Iceworks Design for the past 8 years Frances has learnt the immeasurable value of meticulous detail, becoming well versed in turning her Concept Designs into Construction Designs. This skill set affords Fran the sought after ability to design to budget. Ultimately, it’s creative development and problem solving at it’s finest with the practical build knowledge to make it all happen.
